When you create an account or request service, we collect: your name, email, and phone number; your property address(es) and access notes (gate codes, bin location); and the service requests and payment history associated with your account. We do not collect your full payment card number — that goes directly to Stripe (see below).
We use this information to schedule and perform the service you request, process payment, communicate with you about your account or an upcoming pickup, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. When you enter card details at checkout, they go directly to Stripe — our servers never receive or store your full card number. Stripe’s use of your information is governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy.
Account and service data is stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider, using access controls that restrict each customer’s data to that customer and to CurbHost administrators.
When we complete a one-time service request, we may take a photo confirming the work was done and attach it to your request so you can view it in your dashboard. These photos show the completed service (e.g., the bin at the curb or returned) and are not shared publicly.
We retain account and service history for as long as your account is active, and as needed to meet accounting and legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us at the address below; we’ll remove what we’re not legally required to keep.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your session. We don’t use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. We log basic traffic data for every page view — the page visited and the visitor’s IP address — to understand overall site usage and distinguish real visitor demand from automated traffic. This data isn’t linked to your account or used for advertising.
If we make material changes to this policy, we’ll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
