This is a plain-language starting draft, not a substitute for review by a licensed attorney. Confirm it fits your business and Florida law before relying on it.
CurbHost is operated by Orbital Coast Solutions LLC (“CurbHost,” “we,” “us”), based in Satellite Beach, Florida. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of curbhost.com and the curbside bin and haul-away services we provide (the “Service”). By creating an account or requesting service, you agree to these Terms.
We provide curbside trash bin valet services — rolling residential trash and recycling bins to the curb and back, and one-time hauls of extra items — within our published service area. Services and pricing are described on our pricing page and may change from time to time; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to that order.
We are not a waste hauler — we do not collect or dispose of trash ourselves. We move your existing bins to and from the curb in time for your municipality’s regular collection.
You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the property details, access instructions (gate codes, bin locations), and service dates you provide. We are not responsible for a missed or incomplete pickup caused by inaccurate or outdated access information.
One-time services are charged at the time of booking. The recurring plan is billed in advance on a monthly basis until canceled. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.; we do not store your card details. See our Privacy Policy for how payment and account data is handled.
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms.
We reserve the right to decline or reschedule service for safety reasons (severe weather, blocked or unsafe access, aggressive animals, etc.) and will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Extra-haul pricing is an estimate; unusually large loads may cost more, and we will confirm any change with you before doing the work.
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, CurbHost’s total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
