Property Access Agreement

Effective September 7, 2026

This is a plain-language starting draft, not a substitute for review by a licensed attorney. Confirm it fits your business and Florida law before relying on it.

1. Access to your property

By accepting this agreement, you authorize CurbHost (Orbital Coast Solutions LLC) and its staff or contractors to enter the exterior areas of your property reasonably necessary to perform the trash and recycling bin service you’ve requested — including driveways, side yards, and the area where your bins are stored — for the purpose of moving bins to and from the curb.

2. Hazard disclosure

You agree to inform CurbHost in advance — through your property’s access notes or by contacting CurbHost directly — of any known hazards on your property that could affect the safety of the person performing the service. This includes, but isn’t limited to, aggressive or unrestrained pets, uneven or unstable terrain, ice or standing water, holes, exposed wiring, security gates or cameras requiring access codes, and hazardous materials. CurbHost is not responsible for hazards that were not disclosed and could not reasonably have been known.

3. Right to decline

CurbHost may decline to perform a service, or a specific visit, if conditions on the property appear unsafe upon arrival, without it counting as a missed or failed service.

4. Scope

This authorization covers only the specific bin-service activities described in your request or subscription — not general access to your home or property for any other purpose.
